Fresh off potty training my first son (second child) and it has been a wildly different experience this time around! This is everything you need to make this big milestone a bit easier for you AND your toddler, whether it’s your 1st kid or 10th!

A potty just their size is a must! Every second counts when they are first learning and trying to become independent and this saves so much time! They have a version without the backrest but I recommend this one for added comfort.
Potty Chair
Maybe not a “MUST” but so so helpful for the transition to the big potty if you can swing it.
Toilet Seat w/ Potty Seat
Do yourself a favor and just get the mattress pads before you think you need them. Thank me later!
Washable Bed Pads
Helpful for the potty OR the sink
Wooden Stool
If your toddler can reach the sink - skip it. But if not, this magic little piece of plastic holds the key to independence!
Faucet Extenders
Potty books - the more engaging the better!
PAW Patrol Potty Time Sound Book
Same with this one!
Sesame Street Potty Time with Elmo Book

These are a lifesaver for the drips. They feel and look just like underwear but they prevent the soaking wet pants!
Potty Training Underwear
A must for road trips or for the 5 minute drive home from the grocery store after they told you they didn’t have to go potty.
Travel Potty
This portable travel potty works just as well at home too. Just a bit less convenient than the full seat if you also wanna use it outside of the house.
Travel Potty Seat
I often use grocery bags but these are helpful to have on hand for more messy situations.
