I've has three babies within three years and let me tell you I know a thing or two about rips, tears, heartburn, hair loss, breastfeeding you name it I've probably gone through it lol.
The hospital provides one for you, but I felt like this one really reached alllll the crevices lol if you know what I mean.
Best post-partum underwear! If I chose one thing from the Frida Mom kit, it would be these! Not compression shorts, but you definitely feel secure and held in compared to what they give you in the hospital.
