This is the best anti chafing stick, I use it for all my runs to avoid any friction against my clothes.

I’m always conscious of running in the sun and avoiding any kind of sun stroke! This hat is breathable and doesn’t get in the way, packs down nicely and I can put it in the back of my running vest if I need.

I suffer with raynauds so my hands being too cold on runs is a real issue for me. These under armour gloves are my go to, they’re not too thick so I don’t overheat but they keep my hands lovely and warm during winter runs.
