A friend introduced me to this place and now I can’t imagine life without it! You’ll definitely want a reservation especially if it’s a weekend, but the chips and salsa make up for it!

Another restaurant that I would get a reservation for, but the food and atmosphere is something you’ll want to experience at least once!
MAR Y SOL COCINA LATINA
Recommended to me by a friend. If you’re in the mood for some Tex Mex, this is the place to go! It’s not quite as fancy as some of the other restaurants on this list, but the food is still to die for!

Another not super fancy restaurant, but the food is 100/10. The atmosphere is amazing and you can choose to sit outside or inside. Although during the summers, I’d personally only sit inside ;)

I have never been to Malibu at a time where it was super packed, but don’t be fooled, this is some of the best poke you’ll have! It’s fairly reasonably priced and is always fresh. 10/10 recommend!

I will never turn down Thai food… but I especially will never turn down Ka Thai. It has a very uptown vibe with your traditional Thai taste. The staff are very nice and I haven’t had a bad experience here yet!

I’m a sucker for a good bagel. This may be controversial, but I like Shug’s better than Einstein Bros. If you’re in Dallas I highly recommend this for a breakfast or lunch option!

Hopdoddy isn’t specific to Dallas, but I love it so much. I can usually split a burger and fries with a friend to save money. Their happy hour is pretty good too!
