I was obsessed with the Nancy Drew Her Interactive Games as a kid! My sister and I played so many of them, sometimes more than once. In honor of the newest game (released May 2024) after a long hiatus, here is my personal ranking of the games that I ...

One of the best ones! The puzzles were great (and educational) and the twists and turns felt memorable in the best way.
Nancy Drew®: The White Wolf of Icicle Creek
One of the best ones! Fun puzzles in a great setting. Was definitely more mystery than spooky compared to some of the others.
Nancy Drew®: Danger on Deception Island
The train parts were really fun! The plot was good and the ending puzzles were also great.
Nancy Drew: Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon
A Tier
This one was really fun! It really had you wondering what was going on, the right mix of mystery, spooky, and magic (except for not really of course).
Nancy Drew®: Curse of Blackmoor Manor
This one had some really fun puzzles due to the amusement park setting!
Nancy Drew: The Haunted Carousel
This was the second game and I think this is where they really started their stride. It worked a lot better than the first game in multiple ways (plot and puzzles especially!).
Nancy Drew: Stay Tuned for Danger
B Tier
For this one, they went old school and made it set in the original Nancy Drew era (1930s) instead of modern time. I felt like this didn't add that much to the game. It also had a fairly repetitive driving task.
Nancy Drew: Secret of the Old Clock
Fun but honestly kind of forgettable.
Nancy Drew: The Phantom of Venice
Definitely one of the spookiest of the games! Kind of a sad ending.
Nancy Drew®: The Haunting of Castle Malloy
Kind of fogettable but not bad.
Nancy Drew: The Secret of Shadow Ranch
C Tier
This was the first game and it is a bit rough. The ending and bad guy reveal doesn't make a lot of sense. The graphics are better in the remastered but the plot is still not great.
Nancy Drew: Secrets Can Kill
I was scared of this one as a kid, the dogs were very spooky. It had one puzzle that was so terrible, boring, and hard to solve that we actually gave up and came back several years later.
Nancy Drew®: Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake
Kind of forgettable. The puzzles were less good and the plot was a bit stereotyped.
Nancy Drew: Legend of the Crystal Skull
The museum setting was a bit bland compared to a lot of the other games. Also had a few very annoying puzzles.
