It’s no secret I walk a LOT, so trust these shoes have passed the test of comfort, support, and lack of blisters. I have wide feet but usually am a pretty solid size 8.

Something was different in the 2016 air that allowed my hair to be BRIGHT blonde, down to my belly button, healthy and strong. When I moved to DC from NC, it slowly started snapping off (as shown) and looked so thin. After holding on for a few more years, I died it back to my natural color and FINALLY two years later it's so healthy and long again.

I decided to cut out any brands that still test on animals a few years ago and honestly it's been so easy. There are SO many incredible brands now that are cruelty-free but these are some of my faves and go tos for my everyday makeup routine.

As a two-time accutane survivor, I take my skincare and recommendations very seriously. It's worth noting about a year ago I started getting baby botox 2-3x a year in my forehead which does make my skin look smoother. I hadn't been to LA in over 10 years so a trip was very overdue, went to celerbate a freinds birthday

Spent a quick 24 hours in Monterey for a campaign and had the absolute best time. This barely scratches the surface of places to go, see, eat, and drink in Monterey/Carmel but this is how we spent our time in one of the most beautiful towns. Added a few spots on my bucketlist for next time!

Flew to Vancouver a few months ago for a quick weekend trip to visit one of my best friends. We travel very similarly and she has the best recs so this was our recipe for a perfect weekend of exploring the city, eats, drinks, shopping, and taking some time to slow down and catch up in-between.
