You NEED a good seafood sauce for prawns. Nagi gives you a whopping 5 sauces here. My favourite is the Seafood Cocktail Sauce followed by the Marie Rose. Oh, and I love the Tartare. The Thai Sweet Chilli Lime has a great zing. I think I love them all...

You can make this the day before. I like to make this first thing in the morning (5am) so the house like Christmas. We serve it for lunch. Brilliant Recipe.

We love Turkey at Christmas but our oven is not big enough to cook a big bird. These rolls cook nicely and are not dry.
