I always recommend starting your holiday with a limousine transfer to the airport AND paying for lounge access if it's not included in your plane ticket. It means you start your trip as soon as you step out of your front door.
The nicest way to start your holiday is being transferred to the airport in a luxury car. Regardless of which class we are fly our trip starts when we step out side our front door.

Aspire is a great little lounge to visit when you are travelling on an airlines that doesn't have a lounge in Perth. We were flying Malaysia Airlines and enjoyed a drink and a snack whilst waiting for our flight to be called. Highly Recommend.

Where we stayed
We always stay for at least 3 nights at one location. You get to know the area and have time to enjoy the facilites at the hotel.
This hotel was amazing. It's a colonial style hotel. Perfect base to discover the island.

Fantastic stay. The breakfast is amazing! The pagoda-shaped shuttle bus takes you across the river and here you are caught by Bangkok the city that never sleeps!

What we did
Food! Our holiday was centered around discovering the local food. We would do a food tour and then go back to our favourite places later in our trip.
We did the afternoon tour with Rachel and she was awesome! Very informative about Penang history. This tour is great at showing you safe, incredible and delicious foods all across Penang. Wouldn’t change a thing. Get there on an empty stomach!
