These cute little guys come in all sorts of characters and animals. They are stuffed animals that emulate another person breathing, which can calm those with separation anxiety.

I for one suffer from EXTREME temperature dysregulation from my autism and get hot easily almost all the time. These neck coolers are a great way to bring down your temperature.

Another product I own for my temperature dysregulation is a mini portable battery powered fan. It helps to be able to pull this down and cool myself when i’m on the go.

Weighted stuffed animals are also amazing to comfort a neurodivergent person. The weight of a heavy stuffed animal helps to ease anxiety.

If a weighted stuffed animal is not enough, a weighted blanket is another good way to go. The weight of a heavy blanket can help a neurodivergent person feel secure and safe, as well as calm their anxiety.

Pop up tents can help neurodivergent people to feel safe and secure in their space. A lot of us in the neurodivergent community use these on our beds along with our favourite stuffed animals and pillows and call it “nesting”.

Headphones (especially over the ear ones because they block out outside noise best) are great to get for someone with sensory issues. Music is also very calming for many neurodivergent people.

Another great option, this one has a softer texture and is easier to squish. These ones are a bit sticky so they can be combined with beads, glitter, etc.
These balls are filled with water beads, so they are extremely fun to squish. This one is probably my personal favourite texture as it is stimulating, satisfying, as well as entertaining.

Adult colouring books are another amazing way to calm the mind and help with creativity. Though it may seem childish, colouring books are very helpful for managing stress and overstimulation.
