The National Mall is a must see at night when visiting Washington DC. Also viewing the many monuments lite up at night is amazing.

I recommend everyone to visit the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and to attend the changing of the guard and laying of the wrath. This is just breath taking along with the view.

If you have any interest in Lincoln you should tour Ford's Theatre and the Petersen House. Getting to see where so much history was made is breathe taking.
