I just bought two pairs of these. The rise is perfectly low and the length is great for tall girls. I would say they are true to size.

Women's Low Rise Baggy Jean
These have been more most worn jean this summer!! I love the fit on the waist and leg. The length is definitely KINDA SHORT for me but perf for shorter girlies (I’m 5’7). They’re true to size.
Roman Low Rise Slouchy Jeans
I like these for a more relaxed look and these are slightly short so I like to wear them with flip flops or flats because they won’t drag on the ground. They are pretty low as well and they’re true to size.

These are my favorite going out jeans because they’re perfectly form fitting and the flare comes out just enough. The length is great too. (I think they’re on sale right now for $51) I would size up tho to be on the safe side

These are super comfortable and if you like the longer than these are perfect. The rise is nice and the quality is great. I have the darker color but I think they’re sold out. These also run a bit big but the baggy look is cute for these too.

These shorts are super flattering and they’re Levi’s so the quality’s great. I like the button fly as well. I linked them listed on macys because they’re cheaper but you could get them off the Levi’s website as well and they run true to size.
