Compression is one of the first things a doctor will tell you to do. These garments will help to prevent blood pooling and help with overlll circulation!
It’s so hard to find good compression stockings but these are definitely a steal! Cheap but also fairly durable. And are long nail girly approved! Very nice compression also. Like a nice hug for your legs and helps with circulation significantly.
