For anyone whose skin is highly reactive, chronically dry, and break-out prone, here is my current skincare routine. I've used most of these products for years and personally find them to not irritate or clog my very sensitive skin. I hope this helps...

Cleansers
This cleanser is incredibly gentle and non-drying. It doesn't foam, but that also means it doesn't strip your skin. I do a double cleanse to fully remove makeup and SPF.
Tolerance Extremely Gentle Cleanser
These cloths are an extremely gentle way to make sure your skin is totally clean. I hang two from hooks on the side of my bathroom sink. I saturate one completely and use to help remove makeup, then use another one to pat my face dry.
SINLAND Microfiber Fast Drying Facial Cloths
Serums + Treatments
This serum has minimal ingredients and boosts hydration so well when used under a moisturizer. I use it every morning.
Mineral 89 Hyaluronic Acid Face Serum
You'll need to be patient, but this retinal works without irritation as long as you start slow. I can use this 2-3 times a week if I'm not using any other actives.
RetrinAL 0.1 Intensive Cream
This mandelic and lactic acid serum is more gentle than most acids and will improve skin radiance and texture over time. Just take it easy if you are sensitive - I use it 2-3 times per week instead of twice a day like the bottle suggests.
This toner is a great spot treatment for breakouts. Dab onto a cotton swab and hold on any active zits. Then cover the spot in something moisturizing overnight. It helps things heal much faster.
Deep Sweep 2% BHA Pore Cleaning Toner with Moringa + Papaya
This is fancy water in a can. That's it. But it does help products absorb better and feels cooling.
Avène Thermal Spring Water
Moisturizers + Oils
This cream is very moisturizing but not pore-clogging. I use it morning and night all year round.
XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cream
If my skin is super dry, I'll layer this balm on my cheeks and forehead for an extra moisturizing boost. It's thicker and more occlusive than the cream.
XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Balm
This is one of the few face oils that doesn't make me break out or cause any irritation - plus, no fragrance or essential oils! Great for any flaky patches or extremely dry days.
Ultra-Hydrating Facial Oil - Good Molecules | Ulta Beauty
SPF
This baby sunscreen also makes a fantastic facial sunscreen. It goes on smooth, doesn't pill under other products and the zinc oxide is non-irritating. I don't get a white cast with this, but I'm also a pale white girl.
Pipette Mineral Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Sunscreen
For especially sweaty or swimming excursions, this sunscreen works well for both face and body - no stinging!
Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen Lotion - SPF 50+
Body
For the KP sufferers, using this lotion consistently helps keep the bumps (more) at bay.
AmLactin Daily Nourish Body Lotion - Unscented
This is a splurge pick, but this oil makes skin so soft. Apply when you're still damp from the shower to make it stretch a little further.
OSEA Undaria Algae Body Oil
A more budget-friendly body oil, this also works great if you apply to damp skin. In the winter, I'll layer another body lotion on top for extra-smooth skin.
