these are mild to use regularly without irritation. they help smoothen skin texture by removing dead skin cells, so lotions and body butters absorb better.

this one's mild chemical exfoliant that works best when used regularly over time. it's not at all drying nor stinging. my no-brainer bottle when i wanna exfoliate without rubbing microbeads on my skin.

CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser for Rough & Bumpy Skin

so many scents to choose from but my go-to is the ‘Macadamia Rice Milk’ since it smells very feminine and clean. i scrub on a weekly basis and it always gets the job done in sloughing dead skin cells.
