Ok i think this might be the secret weapon. I have been eating 1800 calories a day which has been super easy and I’ve never felt hungry. But I’ve been walking way more!!!

Ok i actually have DECREASED the amount of high intensity exercise I’ve been doing. I just cancelled my membership at OTF and have been doing YouTube Pilates and the occasional reformer class with a friend. Had to buy myself socks recently lol

I’ve been eating 1800 calories a day and loosely tracking them on MFP. I swear I’ve eaten when I’m hungry and haven’t felt deprived this whole time. It’s free and super user friendly.
