Fueling your body before
Remember, the first step for skin prep starts from within! To prep for the long day of walking and standing in the hot Florida heat while you're at the games + tailgating, here is what I drank as I got ready:
Hydration is key💦! Before every game, I would pour either a Peach pack or any other fun fruity flavors into my Owala to drink while doing my hair. Sip on!
Shop All
This was my bestie while getting ready! She kept all of my drinks nice & cold from the morning up until it was ready to leave for the stadium. Just pack her with some ice cubes & you should be ready for the day!
FreeSip® Water Bottle
BLUEEE IS SUPERIOR!! If you don't agree I'm open to discuss🤨. Anyways! The night before a game, I would put one of these bad boys into the fridge. Once I was dressed & ready to head out, this was my to-go hydration!
Gatorade
Here is one my fave pre-game day meals! A burrito bowl is the perfect, filling, and college budget-friendly meal. I used to eat half of the bowl & save the other half to eat as a post-game snack!
Chipotle Mexican Grill
An FSU student's biggest opp: The Tally Plague😷. To help boost your immunity, make sure to drink these leading up to game day! I used to drink them before bed during the week while I was locked in at Stroz.
Emergen-C 1000mg Vitamin C Immune Support Raspberry 30CT

For my fellow oily-acne prone skin besties, this was my holy grail! This is my daily cleanser. It helped strip any oil & gunk my skin had. Having a clean base is important before applying any make up!
Face Wash & Face Cleansers for All Skin Types | La Roche-Posay
Dynamic duo with their cleanser‼️ One of my fav ingredients from the line is the salicylic acid. This helps combat any potential ance-causing bacteria.
