The Notre Dame is free so you do not need to buy a ticket, but you can make a reservation online for a time slot to avoid waiting in line. I didn't make an online reservation and waited about 20-30 minutes to get in.

Day 5 - Montmartre, Jardin du Luxembourg, Arc de Triomphe

On the 5th day, I explored the Montmartre neighborhood, strolled through the Luxembourg gardens, and climbed the Arc de Triomphe!

When visiting Montmartre, you can't miss the Sacre Coeur and it's famous steps. There is a funicular that costs 2.50 euros that will take you straight to the church if you don't want to skip the steps!

I visited the Arc du Triomphe at nighttime and climbed up the 16 story spiral staircase! In my opinion, the view from the top was one of the best ones I saw in Paris. It's totally worth the climb!

This park was so beautiful and was a lovely little escape from Champs-Elysees. It'd be a great place to enjoy a pastry or picnic. There a lot of little picturesque pockets throughout the park.
