Move with Nicole was my intro to doing pilates at home. She has so many videos to choose from and her workouts range from beginner to advanced, but I find that they are all kind of challenging 😅

This is the exercise mat that I currently use at home and I love it! It's thick enough to support your knees and you can easily fold it if you need more support. I have hardwood floors so this helps a lot! It folds up so it's easy to store as well.

I like these bands because the material doesn't slide around. They are also sturdy, which is great for pilates moves, unlike the thin rubbery bands!
