get ready and play some netball
Netball is a fast-paced, strategic team sport played on a rectangular court with raised goal rings at each end. Two teams of seven players compete to pass a ball down the court and shoot it through their assigned goal ring. Players are assigned specific positions, restricting their movement to certain areas of the court, which demands teamwork, quick thinking, and accurate passing and shooting skills. It's a game of constant motion, requiring agility, coordination, and the ability to anticipate your teammates' and opponents' moves.
