Beginner must have! I got this set when I was first learning to crochet and it was perfect. It's really nice to have a wide variety of hook sizes to start, and the shape of these hooks make for easy learning.

If you have yarn that's falling apart and just needs its life back, this is the perfect tool. Also great if you buy yarn secondhand (you can wash it and wind it up using this tool), or unwind a previous project (and neatly store your yarn with this)!
Hand Crank Yarn Winder
Darning needles are so useful for hiding the ends of your projects! I really reccomend METAL needles, not plastic. Plastic ones can warp if you have a tightly crocheted project, metal ones will hold up better.

COLOR OPTIONS!! Great brand. Cotton will make it ideal for clothing projects. The wide variety of color and patterns they offer makes it an excellent option.

COLOR OPTIONS!! Acrylic is a cheaper option than cotton or wool, so for beginners needing yarn to practice with or a large project not concerning itchy yarn, I reccomend acrylic.
