Honestly, I wish I packed more than one. A must-have for the Xenotes tour, and I wish I would have had a short sleeve rash guard for the other parks we visited (Xenses, Xcaret, Xplor). I have one from Carve designs and it held up great!

These are the comfiest pair of flip flops I have ever owned. They were great for just walking around the resort and hitting the pool.

I have a secondhand Prana beach cover up and it worked great. They are high quality and have lots of options with natural fibers.

This Columbia dress was great to throw over my swimsuit as a second coverup option, but was also nice enough to wear to restaurants.
I have some very similar Sorel sandals - lightweight, comfortable, and dressy enough for the restaurants that require more formal clothing.

These are something I did not bring, but wish I did. While I only ended up with about 5 mosquito bites toward the end of the trip, I wish that number were zero :) The need for this item may depend on the time of year you visit as well.
