these are all the items that are in rotation in my current shower routine! most of these items aren’t going to change, but some may change in the future if i find new favorites. all great options for sensitive skin!
i always have and always will stick to washcloths for my showers. i’m not too ouch about the type of washcloth, as long as it isn’t too smooth and lathers my soap well. just use 2-3 washcloths per shower and throw them in the wash!

coconut waters is one of my favorite scents from eos, so i had to get the body wash to match and create a stronger scent

this is what i use during my first wash and it’s really effective for washing away bacteria and any lingering smells that have accumulated throughout the day. then i would use a scented body wash after.
lume unscented body wash
normally i’d use the macadamia and rice milk scrub, but i thought i’d switch things up with a more summery scent
dove white peach body scrub
no irritation from this body wash at all. i also like the unscented and grapefruit options, but this is what i have currently.
sweet spot labs vanilla feminine wash
gonna be honest, i did not like this scent at first but once i applied it to my skin after a shower, i couldn’t get enough. it moisturizes dry skin so well and i might get the jumbo option next time after i finish my current one!
saltair sea salt vanilla body oil
i always reach for this one when it’s night time and i don’t want a whole bunch of scents bombarding my nostrils
eos unscented body lotion
my favorite lotion right now! i love this and need to get extra to have on hand.

my favorite deodorant! i hope more companies make water based deodorants with aluminum cause this is great.
