Have to have these to clean your dentures. I use the ones for smokers but you can use any. Remember you cant actually make your teeth whiter so dont spend the extra money on the ones that say that.

If you cant get to the dentist to get a reline done, this is what you need to get. This is a temporary reline you can do and last up to 7 days.
