I've been a cake decorator for 8 years. I started off in retail bakeries, and a couple of specialty bakeries. In 2021, I decided to branch out and begin my own cake business called Ashley's Cakeshop! I used to buy a lot of tools that I thought that I would use (most I haven't even touched). Today, I have a handful of tools that I use for every cake order.
