I have been teaching for 27 years and 18 of those years I spent teaching Reading. I absolutely love to read. I loved to read to my boys when they were young and I love to read to my grands now. Reading is one of the most important skills a parent can pass on to their children. While it is true that many girls develop a love for reading before their male counterparts, starting to read to children when they are young is essential to instill a lifelong love of reading. This list contains a few of my kids favorite books. Now I read these books to my grandchildren and maybe one day they will read them to their children and grandchildren.

These are just some things that I found were either very useful or must haves with my grands. I thought I was an old pro when it came to babies and baby items, but I had no idea about all of the new fangle things that had come out since my boys were babies. I love a lot of the new products that are available. When my boys were babies, I had all of the latest and greatest no matter what the cost. I know that you know that you don't need everything they make for babies, but some things just make life easier and everyone happier. These items are some of my absolute faves. I did search for bargains because I love a good bargain.
