Arc 1: The Prophecies Begin

The first arc of the series follows Rusty, a house-cat, as he discovers the world of Clan life in the forest.

For generations, four Clans of wild cats have shared the forest. When their warrior code is threatened by mysterious deaths, a house cat named Rusty may turn out to be the bravest warrior of all.

The Darkest Hour

Arc 2: The New Prophecy

The second arc occurs ~18 moons after the first and follows a patrol made from cats of all Clans sent to seek out Midnight as Twolegs destroy the forest.

Called by StarClan to fulfill a new prophecy, Brambleclaw, Squirrelpaw, Tawnypelt, Stormfur, Feathertail, and Crowpaw set out on a long journey, knowing only that trouble threatens the forest.

Midnight

As they journey home to warn their Clans of the coming destruction, the six cats, guided by StarClan's prophecy, meet an unfamiliar tribe of cats with their own set of beliefs - and their own mysterious prophecy.

Moonrise

The questing cats return to a forest devastated by the Twolegs, where they must find a way to convince their Clans to leave in search of a new home, even though they have no idea where they are going.

Dawn

As the Clans settle into their new homes, civil conflict begins to stir in WindClan.

Starlight

After the Clans settle into their new homes, the harmony they once had disappears as the Clans start fighting each other, until one day badgers invade ThunderClan's camp.

Twilight

Amidst ongoing strife within and between the Clans of warrior cats, Brambleclaw is tempted by the dark plans of his father and brother, and the meaning of Leafpool's ominous visions become clear.
