Polymer Clay
Where to start? Theres so many different types of clay, tools, things to make. This has been a passion of mine since middle school. If you're a newbie looking to make a simple craft or someone with more experience looking for some recommendations… I ...
These tools are really helpful for clay sculpting. When I first started I was using a pen to roll clay out and an x-acto knife to cut with. Don't get me wrong an x-acto knife has its incredible uses but cutting out long strips or thick pieces needs t...
12 Pcs Polymer Clay Cutter & Roller Tools
An upgrade from the rolling pin and holy heck did it make things so much easier for me. Sometimes you want to blend large quantities of colors (your hands will beg you to stop). Most of the time, especially if you're creating a lot of one thing, you ...
Polymer Clay Press Machine with 40PCS Cutters
I enjoy turning my creations into charms, keychains, earrings, things that I can actually use. This pack gives you a crap ton of these eye pins and at a range of lengths. I do find that I usually trim them regardless, so they fit my project, but I'll...
Bright Creations 1200pcs 20G Platinum Eye Pins
Liquid Sculpey truly changes the game. The one linked here is clear which bakes very differently from white. I enjoy using this one for things like frosting donut charms or making jelly or pizza sauce. Really for anything that needs to be kind of tra...
Sculpey Liquid Polymer Oven-Bake Clay, Clear, 2oz
I think this is amazing starter pack if you're looking to get into clay or want a cute, fun, little craft night. Sculpey is my personal favorite brand. Some clays can be realllyyyy hard and stiff which leads to crampy fingers but sculpey has a good c...
Sculpey III Polymer Clay Sampler Pack 30oz
This liquid sculpey is WHITE which mean when it drys it will dry opaque and you guessed it, white. They sell a few colors but I prefer to color it with pastel pigments so that it can be super versatile. Also a fun tip if you want something more like ...
Sculpey Liquid Polymer Oven-Bake Clay, White, 1oz
This was the first set of pastels I ever purchased when I started really getting into this hobby and still have it to this day (like 7 years). It's lasted me so long and I still have tons of it left. These are really good for adding shading to things...
MUNGYO Soft Pastel Set - 48 Colors
Book Recs
Because I can only recommend a book so many times to my friends…I've turned to you😈 My reading choices are bit all over the place: I dabble in romantasy, love a full-on fantasy or sci fi, can always appreciate a good mystery or thriller, and I'm try...
Suchhhh good world building. Society is caste based and every person secedes a portion of their will to the people in the caste above them. The story follows Vis a teenage boy who wants no part of the society but finds himself being forced to infiltr...
The Will of the Many (Hierarchy, #1) by James Islington
Listen I'm no gamer, but I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It's silly, humorous, bizarre book unlike I've ever read. The world has been seized by an intergalactic force that consumes the majority of Earth's population. Those who survive as forced into ...
Dungeon Crawler Carl 8-Book Series Kindle
EASILY my favorite book series of all time. I had no idea I was into space scifi books as much as I am until I read this. A caste society where everyone is given a color. The golds are the elites of society, they're perfect, strong. and beautiful and...
Red Rising Saga - PIERCE BROWN
BIZARRE book. A besieged castle, running out food, and everyone's becoming desperate. That is until their Constant Lady and her saint arrive to save the day, bringing an abundance of glorious food and healing the sick. Except none of it is what it ap...
The Starving Saints by Caitlin Starling
This will always be one of my favorite books. Its satirical and witty but stills conveys the fear and atrocities associated with war. Yossarian finds himself in the air force in World War II. He's scared out of his mind that he's going to die and he ...
Catch-22: 50th Anniversary Edition by Heller
A bit of a slower paced book but I really enjoyed this. Hard to describe but I felt different after finishing this. It takes place in a dystopian world where society has slightly rebuilt after environmental collapse, so it's dusty and hot and very no...
Orphans of Canland: Vitale, Daniel
Games
Just like it advertises it is weirdly strategic. Its such a simple concept but it works and it fun. And the little multicolored ducks are adorable. Not going to lie I originally purchased it solely because of the ducks, not sure I even read the game ...
Abducktion - Strategic Duck Kidnapping Game
Fun group game and just as it sounds, it all about that herd mentality. Basically, the goal is to guess how you think everyone would answer the question rather than how you would. Some of the questions can be really easy but some are hard and really ...
Herd Mentality: Funny Family Board Game
If you like chaotic games this if for you. Be prepared for blood shed. If you've ever played spoons, it has similar vibes. You have to be alert, but not so alert you flinch, and come with your nerves of steel prepared. Whoever gets to the pile last t...
Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza - 2-8 Players
This is for people who like monopoly but don't have years of their lives to devote to a single game. I actually love this game, its fast pace (speed of light compared to the board game) but fun and you can still get just as competitive as the real th...
Monopoly Deal Card Game - Quick Play, 2-5 Players
Let me be completely honest, I myself have never played this BUT I did gift it to my sister and brother in law who are BIG game people and they loved it so much it replaced Catan for them. And I feel like that says a lot because I swear Catan has a c...
