These are the practical things I’d have ready — and one tip from a mom of 2: don’t stock up on too many diapers until you know what actually works for your baby.
I wouldn’t stock up on too many diapers before baby arrives because you never know which brand will work best for their skin and fit. Start with one box, see how baby does, then stock up once you find your winner.

Bathing a tiny slippery newborn can be intimidating 😅 A bath support gives you somewhere to safely position baby so bath time feels much more manageable — especially in those first few months.
