I prepare this the night/day before my 12-hour shift. It's fast, just mix 'em all together, and it makes you feel full as you drink it throughout the first half of your shift before your lunch break (if you get any 🥲)
Keeps you awake and full while drinking! Contains 10 g protein and 55 mg natural caffeine per scoop.

I add this to my protein coffee when I need the extra caffeine! Contains 100 mg caffein per tablespoon.
