Lost an entire journal to a rainstorm in Iceland because I packed a regular paper notebook like a fool. Never again.

Honestly, some nights I have the energy for one sentence and that's it. These made me stop feeling guilty about short entries.

Traveling with my partner and realizing we remembered completely different things from the same day was hilarious — and exactly why we started sharing a journal.

Some people need structure or they write nothing. No shame — I'm one of those people, and these journals basically hold your hand through documenting each day.

Started feeling weird about buying disposable notebooks made from who-knows-what. These are made from recycled or sustainable materials and they write just as well.
