Japanese Tea Garden - San Antonio Parks Foundation
Cliche, but something you must see. Good to say you've been, however, you don't need to spend more than about 45 minutes in this area. Has lots of fun photo ops.
The Alamo
Truly encapsulates the city of San Antonio. Tons of shops and restaurant as well as live music everynight. Beautiful to walk around and take insta pics.
San Antonio River Walk
Best waterpark in the country for sure! A must visit if you are an adrenaline junky. About $50/person which is not too bad for a waterpark this size. Everything is very sanitary and the staff is nice!
Six Flags Fiesta Texas
So much fun to spend an evening at. I could dance here for hours. Best to go on Wednesdays because it is free

My favorite college bar. All the staff are so kind and this place makes me feel at home. Aside from the drinks, the fries are also really yummy
Bombay Bicycle Club: Home
One of the most beautiful art gallery I have been to (coming from an art major). I will be getting married here. Truly spectacular. Also free with a student ID.
McNay Art Museum
Fun to walk around, a close second to the McNay. I think there is a student disount on certain days.
San Antonio Museum of Art
If there is a concert/event at the Alamodome, buy the tickets! Staff is incredible and the stadium is small enough that every seat has a great view.

Towards the end of April: 11 day event all about partying and fun colors. I LOVE Fiesta Texas, the city goes all out.

Fun outdoor mall in downtown with tons of cafes and shops. I love to go here with my friends, and every Saturday morning there is a farmers market with over 150 local vendors!
The Historic Pearl in San Antonio
Outdoor mall on the outskirts of San Antonio, about 8 mins from UTSA. Has stores from Gucci to Kendra Scott to Spencers. I could spend hours here!
The Shops At La Cantera
Giant boujee stripmall. Has all the mainstream stores. I love how accessible everything is. Also has an HEB
