Online Tools & Planning
These digital platforms help you stay organized, gather inspiration, and map out your creative vision before the shoot begins!
A classic app to build inspiration for styling, posing, and themes. I often use Pinterest's “more ideas” feature within boards to gather more inspo.

I use Milanote to organize moodboards and share them seamlessly with my team. I love it because you can use pre-sets to organize your board or build your board from scratch (like I do). You can add photos, notes, tables, colour swatches (with automatic hex codes), links, and more. You can share boards with others super easily and they don't need to have Milanote to view the board, Oh also it's free!
Milanote - the tool for organizing creative projects
(FREE) Cosmos is a total hidden gem for curating moodboards. I like it because you can search by hex codes, or you can import an image with colours for cosmos to use as a reference point. It's great for finding ambiance or “vibe” photos.
I also like that every image Cosmos uses is linked to its original source.
Cosmos – Like Pinterest but you can search by colour

You never know when you might loose an earring back! Great for those “just in case” scenarios
Earring Backs for Studs
A great hand held steamer for any wrinkles in garments or fabric backdrops! This is a game changer and can be packed in your bag easily.
Handheld Fabric Garment Clothing Steamer
Shoe covers are great for keeping your backgrop clean and scuff free. They are also great for keeping rented shoes in pristine condition when not being used in a shot.
Disposable Non-Slip Shoe Covers
A great roller bag for transporting garments. If you have a large suitcase, this works just as well. (bonus that. this bag is also great for everyday grocery shopping)

Great garment bags for more delicate garments that should stay on hangers. Also spaces to pack accessories and shoes!
