No added sugars and taste is amazing. Would recommend having on an empty stomach/at the end of the day because it is a probiotic. Most retailers that have this have frequents sales or bundle deals. Also bigger sizes (aka family size) is offered.

Was skeptical at first with the popularity it gained on social media, but having this on an empty stomach paired with kefir/kombucha has definitely made a difference. They have small jars, but larger jars are more band for your buck.
