My products and tips on my hair guide. I have struggled with damaged hair for the longest time and my obsession with dying it doesn’t help it either. I have done so much testing and research and these are what I have found to be the best
This brought so much life to my dead, dry hair. The first wash I could tell a difference. It brings so much hydration and gloss to my hair
Obviously the matching conditioner. I smother my ends in conditioner and let it sit for 5-10 mins then wash it out. Letting my conditioner sit helps my hair become way softer than just putting it in and rinsing it out
I cannot say it enough. A scalp massager is a need! It grows your hair so much and when you wash your hair, always massage your shampoo in with the scalp massager. It cleanses your scalp and helps get rid of dandruff.
GRO Scalp Massager
The best thing I have ever done for my hair is putting home made flax seed gel in it. Watch a tutorial on how to make it and apply it like a hair mask and leave it in for what you think is best for your hair.
Nourishing DIY Flaxseed Hair Gel
Honestly most of L’Oréal hair masks are good. This is my favourite and the purple one. It’s perfect for dry and damaged hair.

I live by this gel, it’s the only gel that doesn’t make my hair feel dirty or as hard as a brick. It keeps frizz down and makes slick backs so much easier.

Many people have their own way of using leave ins but I personally leave it in wet freshly shampooed hair for about 5 minutes in the shower and then I wash it out and apply my conditioner

I use this bamboo brush for even brushing my hair. It’s so much healthier and doesn’t cause breakage like most brushes
When looking to reduce heat but have frizzy or damaged hair, put your trust in heatless curls. Watched a few tutorials and after a few times of trying I became so good at doing them
Tie Die Satin Heatless Curling Set - Kitsch
Another alternative it socks as heatless curlers but I prefer the head band
