Cooking dinner most nights can be such a chore- especially with picky kids! These are a few of our meals on rotation that come together quick, don't require a ton of ingredients and the whole family loves. I hope this inspires some ideas!
Let's start out strong with stuffed shells! I get tired of the same pasta with marinara sauce so this is a fun twist and added ricotta cheese mixtures which makes the dish SO yummy. And the kids can help with stuffing the shells!
Stuffed shells
This is a popular dish for a reason! So delicious and comes together really easily. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and add a veggie and it's the perfect dinner.
Marry Me Chicken
This is a great sheet pan meal that is super easy. Add what you want to the sheet pan, gather the other taco ingredients and once the food is cooked, everything is ready to make delicious chicken tacos, burritos or bowls!
Chicken Fajitas
Another spin on spaghetti and sauce! I love sausage and this pasta is so good and you can easily sneak veggies in without a toddler knowing! I use spinach, but have also put in zucchini, squash and carrots.
Sausage Rigatoni
Such a simple meal, but so easy in a pinch! These are also completely customizable, so add whatever meat, veggie or topping your toddler or family want to eat and it's a completed dinner! I like to serve with guacamole and sour cream.
Quesadillas
Another great way to sneak in some veggies. Use chicken and/or steak with rice and whatever veggies and this meal comes together quickly! Drench everything in yum yum sauce (I linked the one we like) and you are good to go.
Chicken (and/or steak) Hibachi
Another great sheet pan recipe! We love salmon in our house and this is an easy recipe where you throw it all in the oven and dinner is done! The lemon sauce is serious addictive.
Salmon, broccoli and potato
Pizza nights are so fun! If you are into making your own pizza dough, that is an extra step but worth it! However, frozen and ready pizza crust is very acceptable as well. Then you just top the pizza with whatever toppings you want, cook for less tha...
Homemade pizza night!
I don't do a lot of crock pot meals, but this is one I like! Easy to put together to cook and once the chicken is done, the sandwiches are so good. I top with pickles and coleslaw with my favorite BBQ sauce!
Crock Pot BBQ Chicken
This is a spin on regular taco night. Making anything into a pasta dish is just a good idea! It's cheesy and delicious and the kids love it!
