I am partial to New Balance, I just love them! They work with my low arched feet, they are extremely comfortable to wear and can withstand lots of running!

This app is great for beginners! I stopped running for a bit and this app really helped me start up again and take it slow while progressing.

This app is great for ongoing running. It tracks your runs, you can see where you've run and is a great database for keeping track of your runs.
Nike Run Club App
I have always liked fitbits! I dont need a whole lot when it comes to tracking so these have worked great!

I love this mat! I use this post run for stretching. It's nice and big and very comfortable to sit/lay on!
