Extensive list of ways to protect yourself from sun and heat exhaustion this Summer 🫶 I have multiple chronic physical and mental health conditions. Four of my prescription medications can cause heat intolerance unfortunately. And my Irish & English ancestry doesn't really help 😂 (I burn like a marshmallow in a campfire) BUT I'm also not about to miss out on all of the Summer fun!
