I love coming to this park for the baseball games and the little small lake with the duckies
Heartwell Park
Amazing park! Two different set of playgrounds and lots of sport activity. They also have a great walking/jogging trail. AND a golf course!
South Gate Park
This park has an amazing view and playground to do family picnics!
Los Arboles "Rocketship" Park
I love the view of the lake from the playground!
Ken Malloy Harbor Regional Park
This park is great. Has amazing space you can do picnics, Bike riding, They also have a train ride!
El Dorado East Regional Park
A great gated community park with lots of parking space.

Looking for something to do other than the park? This is a list of museums and other things to visit.
If your kiddo's or yourself love dinosaurs this is the best museum to visit. They also have a butterfly pavilion. Free for those who are receiving SNAP/WIC.
Natural History Museum
Free to visit! Has alot of great and creative interactive activities for the little ones.
California Science Center
I love attending the zoo during the summer and when they host their winter light events.
Los Angeles Zoo
This is great place to visit. I love the interactive arts they have for the kiddos.
Los Angeles County Museum of Art
A beautiful walking trail at this Botantic Garden! They also host great summer activities.
South Coast Botanic Garden
I've been visiting AOTP for years! Always loved the environment.
Aquarium of the Pacific
This garden is so beautiful, especially during tulip season! The rainbow row of tulips is so magical.
Descanso Gardens

Just when you thought you tried the world's best french toast, you haven't tried them from here! I love this small hidden gem.
Starling Diner
A small business owned hidden gem that is worth trying! Parking will be hard to find just an FYI.
