I don't use toners that often, cause they are not the most important step in a skin care routine. But you can reach for them if you want to get more effective results, ex. to get a better texture, or hydrate your skin.
My latest find, it can make great changes you just have to be careful. If you have sensitive skin i would recommend the light blue version, but with this also you should start once a week.

Great toner for a lot of purposes, smooths skin texture, evens skin tones. Also great for "chicken skin", strawberry legs and greasy-flakey hair.
Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner
A very light exfoliator, leaves my skin so soft. It's much more gentle than the glycolic one.
