Newborn Must Haves
As a mom of two, my second time around I found the best products that helped me get through the first few months with a newborn. These few items are a must.
Aside from the Dreamland sleep sack that we used after this one, this was the best for very early on while the startle reflux was very fresh. This helped keep him sound asleep for hours at night.

I really never thought a specific sound machine would make a huge difference but it does.
They do have an electric one, but these were better in my opinion. So helpful during the winter months when they are sick more.
So convenient during night-time diaper changes.
I cannot recommend this enough, complete game changer. I did not get this until a few months after he was born, I wish I got it sooner.
Definitely an investment, but you will sleep much better at night knowing their mattress is breathable, especially once they start rolling in their sleep.

You can't survive the newborn stage without a playmat. These are great for tummy time area and development.
I love that this can be used for months… from tummy-time, to when they are sitting up.
ALWAYS check the size when purchasing - but these were our second son's favorites.

I know this is not particularly for newborns, but for breastfeeding. I personally preferred this pump over my plug in one. So convenient so you are not attached to a wall all day!
