I really enjoy this book because it can grow with your kids for a couple of years. The first year, I just read what each letter stood for and then in the coming years, I read more about each word and the Bible verse. Great for kids 2-5!

As you can tell, we love Jan Brett in this house! Another good one and a little silly as you follow Rollo the troll. He learns the importance of love, family and a helpful heart in this cute story. Great for kids who love animals!

Everyone knows this story but it needs a place on the list. Such a classic and is great to read prior to seeing the movie. I still tear up when I read the last line of the book!

This is such a fun and inexpensive book! It’s fun to see what snowmen do at night and there are hidden pictures throughout the book that are fun to find!
