Have you ever been? We stopped twice on our most recent road trip and I cannot get over how much this area calls to me
Superior service, beautiful history, and maybe a ghost or two… Make sure to ask for a tour of room 311!
Chattanooga Luxury Hotels: The Read House, Historic Hotel
Enjoy the 90+ minute tour alive with history & beauty - be ready for a walk, a lot of ducking and maybe some water. Will be back next time I’m there!
Ruby Falls
Two buildings filled with local & exotic animals - great for kids or if you’re a kid at heart.
Tennessee Aquarium
High quality! Hand crafted artisan cocktails and delicious food all for a reasonable price. If you visit during happy hour I highly recommend the mushroom skewers!
Wooden City
Hand crafted cocktails that do not disappoint (even during a fire alarm). If you book directly with the hotel there’s a chance you may receive a free glass of champagne (so far we’re 2 out of 2 with this).
Bar & Billiards Room - Dining | The Read House Hotel
Make sure to got all the way to the top floor and walk through to see these beauties in action. 🦋
Butterfly Garden - Tennessee Aquarium
Although closed due to storm damage this is on the must do list!!
Incline Railway: Homepage
Step back in time in this narrow, authentic & rustic bar for an appetizer and drink!
Highly recommend the totchos and if you’ve ever been to Norway (or Norway in Epcot) they carry Einstök White Ale!
Pickle Barrel: Main
Beautiful destination for all ages. From hiking, gardens & even some gnomes this location is sure to have you coming back for more!
