Down the nostalgia rabbit-hole

A growing list of things I use in my daily life as someone who deals with lack of energy and motivation and is looking to redirect some of my habits. These are items that I will go “oh, I actually love that I included this in my life” I will try to stay away from Amazon links, but if you see one and it doesn’t go to the brands own Amazon, know I didn’t get it from there and you should just search for the name of the product — I don’t mind!

This is what has worked for me so far. Always trying out new products for my natural not heat-treated Afro-textured hair.

Food is so important to me, and I have a diverse palate.
