upscale american cuisine, a must try in the area. I personally really like their beef tartare because of the cheese on top. ambiance is incredible and seating is comfortable.

another one of my faves for american style restaurant. I really like their beef tartare, even more than daphne bc of the chips. seating is super comfortable as well.

crazy upscale restaurant for fish and seafood. the aesthetics in the restaurant are incredible and they have certain special menus around the year like taste of summer, and family sunday that are more affordable!

more on the pricier side but this sushi spot cannot compare to others. Ive eaten at this place over 10 times and the quality and freshness is unmatched. free 8pcs maki on bday too :)

although not in toronto, i have to say that gyuyaki is a must try. they are an ayca bbq place that serves SUSHI as well. quality of the food is pretty good and you have a lot of options. service is great as well!

my personal fave for pasta in the area. they have $15 pasta every wednesday with the rigatoni & fontina being my absolute favourite! SO creamy!

i love going to this place whenever i want a quick and cheap meal. i prefer this over big way and hibowl just because of the overall freshness and quality. it can get really busy in the evening tho.
Souper Hotpot
i love this place for a cheap ISH eat. one dish i would recommend is the potato slices with chili oil. portions are good and you can refill the noodles however many times you want. i really like how they give ice cream at the end of every meal.
