my hair does not get greasy fast so depending on how it’s looking i can go two/three days in between washes. when i do wash i always double wash
this is my current shampoo. it smells great and leaves my hair feeling wonderful. only problem is, it is difficult to squeeze the bottle and get product out so if you have strength/mobility issues this may be an issue

a little goes a long way. i like to use this to deep condition. same as the shampoo it is difficult to squeeze out of the bottle so if you have strength/mobility issues this may not be for you

if you can’t tell yet, i like to get the same conditioner as my shampoo. in my experience for my curls it’s best to keep the same product types rather than get a different one! so i def recommend this conditioner just as much as the shampoo!

for every curl cream, gel, or mouse i use i go in and take it through my hair with my fingers and then scrunch. when im done with my products i then use my damp microfiber towel and do one last scrunch to define the curls
