Manila (The Heart of the Philippines)
A Mix of History, Culture, and Modern Life
One of the biggest malls in the world, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment. There’s an endless list of things to do, and the seaside view makes it even better. Just avoid rush hours—long lines everywhere.
SM Mall of Asia along Seaside Boulevard, Pasay City
Walking through this historic walled city feels like stepping back in time. The cobblestone streets and old Spanish buildings tell stories of the past. Avoid going midday; it gets too hot, so explore early in the morning or late afternoon.
Intramuros
It’s free and filled with incredible art, history, and cultural artifacts. You can easily spend hours here. Don’t bring big bags, as security might not allow them.
National Museum
Enjoy a day in Manila Ocean Park, the first and largest oceanarium in the Philippines! This is a fun place for families and marine life lovers, with interactive exhibits and sea creatures. Avoid weekends—it can get too crowded.
Manila Ocean Park
Perfect for children. Get access to the Atom Gallery, Life Gallery, Earth Gallery, Universe Gallery, and Technology Gallery
Mind Museum Ticket In BGC
A modern city with everything—shopping, dining, and nightlife. It’s clean, walkable, and vibrant. Note: Prices here can be high, so budget wisely.😁
Bonifacio Global City (BGC)
The sunset views here are stunning! Perfect for a relaxing afternoon by the water. Some areas can be crowded though and not well-maintained, so pick a nice spot.
Manila Baywalk
A lively area filled with cozy cafes, bars, and art spaces. It’s a great place to meet creative people. Just avoid staying out too late alone if you're not familiar with the area.
Poblacion
Amusement park
Star City
The food here is unbeatable! From dumplings to hopia, you’ll leave with a full stomach and a happy heart. Just be careful of traffic—it can be crazy during peak hours.
Binondo Chinatown
A peaceful spot in the middle of Manila where you can learn about Philippine history while enjoying the gardens. It’s perfect for a morning or late afternoon stroll. Avoid vendors who might overprice souvenirs.
Rizal Park
A mix of shopping, dining, and nature in one place. The gardens make it feel peaceful despite being in the city. Some restaurants here can be overpriced so check reviews first.❤❤✌
Greenbelt Mall Makati
A mix of faith and culture, with a lively market selling everything from lucky charms to local delicacies. Important note: Pickpockets can be around, so secure your belongings.
Quiapo Church and Market
Visit the coolest place in town and go ice skating at SM Mall of Asia Ice Skating Rink!
Ice Skating Experience at SM Mall of Asia
The best place for affordable shopping, from clothes to souvenirs. You can find almost anything at low prices. I always enjoy the thrill of haggling.😁 Just avoid bringing valuables; pickpockets are common.
