Yes these are the spine fixers from Shark Tank, and yes they actually work. I like to wear the back brace while binge-painting and use the circle rollers every couple of hours to stretch out and get rid of back knots.
This helps A LOT with just stretching back out and getting your spine aligned after sitting for a long time. Also good for training your body to know the posture you're supposed to have if it's not used to it.
I'm super lazy when it comes to stretching, espcially my legs, but this band makes it so easy! You literally just put it on your legs and around your back and can just sit there watching a show or something

The most comfortable "chair" I've ever owned. Literally I've been dragging it around with me through multiple relocations and it's worth every bead of sweat! Feels like being hugged by a cloud ☁️
Game changer for anyone who has trouble with tossing/turning and falling asleep. Make sure to get a duvet (also on this list) because the blanket is really hard to wash since it's weighted.
The easiest way to keep your weighted blanket clean is to keep it in a washable duvet. I like this one because it's breathable and the fabric is more natural than a lot of the other plastic-based fabrics on the market.

Best tool for full body exfoliation I've ever had, and it's super easy to use. Kinda gross but walking around covered in dead skin cells is grosser.

If you're an extra hard brusher like me, these toothbrushes will SAVE your gums. They're so soft that you can brush basically as hard as you want, and the bristles are so fine that they get every part of your tooth. Hands down, best toothbrushes ever...
I've tried so many kinds of acrylic nails and these are the best out there. Not only are they super cute, they are also incredibly strong, have the best glue compound, and don't harm your nail beds. Oh and their cruelty free and vegan. 100/10
