My budget friendly, curly frizzy hair routine! I've always struggled with wild, frizzy hair. I never knew how to handle it as a teen. I used to straighten my hair to make it easier to manage. Luckily a friend turned me on to curl cream and oils and I never looked back! As you can tell, I love Garnier products. I also have a couple products on here for hair growth.
