A BBT thermometer to confirm ovulation. Do as SOON as you wake up and track every single day. For BBT you need a thermometer with two decimal places like this one

LH strips to time ovulation. Even if you use inito / Mira I recommend using these when you are near ovulation since LH rises later in the day and both of those have you test first thing in the morning
