Love this album for its gothic beach vibes. If an album could be an overcast day at the beach, it would be this album.
Wiped Out! by The Neighbourhood
Love this album (and really this band) for their honest, catchy lyrics, genius melodies/hooks, and imaginative songwriting.
Blurryface by Twenty One Pilots
This album had me in a chokehold when I was in my late teens/early twenties with its ethereal soundscapes, gripping lyrics, and melancholic melodies.
You Haunt Me by Sir Sly
Love this band for their gorgeous vocals, and folksy pop melodies. Plus they’re British so what’s not to love?!
5 A.M. by Amber Run
Her vocal range on this one is insane! Love this album for the themes it explores, as well as the vibe I can only think to describe as “glamorous tragedy”.

This man’s vocals are like wrapping yourself in a velvet blanket on a cloud of smoky mist. His lyrical imagery is nothing short of genius, and this album is a must own for fans of indie folk/rock!
